“Unlimited” plans come with a total allowance per validity period (currently 30 GB for 7 days, 45 GB for 15 days, 70 GB for 30 days). The first 500 MB are at full speed, then speed is typically limited to 5 Mbps, and reduced further near the end of the allowance. These values are set by the networks, are indicative and may change.
This Fair Usage Policy applies to every plan marketed as “Unlimited” and forms part of our Terms of Service. It exists to keep networks working fairly for all users.
Unlimited plans include a total usage allowance per validity period and staged speed management, set by our upstream supplier and the local networks. The current indicative configuration is:
Once the total allowance is reached, the plan may stop providing usable data until a new plan is activated. These values are indicative, are set and periodically adjusted by the networks and our supplier, and may change at any time; they do not constitute a service-level commitment. 5 Mbps comfortably supports maps, messaging, browsing and standard-definition streaming.
Unlimited plans are for normal personal mobile use. They may not be used for: permanent tethering or as a fixed home/office connection; continuous high-volume streaming, downloading or peer-to-peer traffic designed to circumvent thresholds; machine-to-machine or bulk SIM use; reselling; or any unlawful or abusive activity.
Where an unlimited plan covers roaming in the European Economic Area, additional fair-use and roaming limits under applicable EU regulation (including Regulation (EU) 2021/2226) may apply. Our supplier is not a roaming provider within the meaning of that regulation.
If a plan is used in breach of this Policy, speed may be reduced, and the plan may be suspended or terminated without refund.
