VPNSecure / Legal / Terms
InfiniteQuant Ltd · Last updated: 24 September 2026
Key points: eSIMs are digital goods delivered instantly. Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if the eSIM has not been activated; once activated or after 7 days, orders are non-refundable. Payment is made by SBP (QR code, in rubles) or in cryptocurrency, on a secure page run by our payment provider Platega. Service reserved for adults (18+).
VPNSecure is operated by InfiniteQuant Ltd (Company Registration No. 200305 B — Suite 219, Lagoon Court, Sandyport, Nassau, New Providence, The Bahamas), a company incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas (“VPNSecure”, “we”, “us”). We resell prepaid eSIM mobile-data plans, delivered digitally. Mobile data is supplied to us by a specialist third-party supplier, which sources connectivity from local mobile network operators. We are a reseller, not a telecommunications operator.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must not be a person, or located in a jurisdiction, subject to applicable international sanctions or export-control restrictions. By ordering, you confirm this is the case.
You can order without an account: a website order is linked to a private order link and recovery key, and a Telegram order to your Telegram account. You may also create an account with an email address and password, or sign in with Google, to see all your orders in one place. You are responsible for keeping your order links, recovery key and login details confidential and for all activity under them. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
You can order through our website or our Telegram bot and Mini App (@esimtrading_bot). Your eSIM is delivered digitally — as a QR code, a manual activation (LPA) code and, on supported devices, a one-tap installation link — shown in your Telegram chat, on your order page and in your account. Delivery starts as soon as your payment is confirmed and is normally completed within a minute. Top-ups add data to an eSIM you already own and are delivered the same way. It is your responsibility to keep your order link and activation code safe — anyone with them can install the eSIM.
eSIM requires a compatible, carrier-unlocked device. Checking compatibility before purchase is your responsibility. An eSIM that has been delivered cannot be reused once installed or removed.
Prices are shown in USD, with approximate EUR and GBP conversions for reference. The total you pay is shown before you confirm your order. We accept payment by SBP (the Russian Faster Payments System, by QR code, in rubles) and in cryptocurrency. Both are processed on a secure payment page run by our payment service provider Platega (platega.io); we never see your bank or wallet credentials. We do not currently accept card payments.
Pay the exact amount shown on the payment page, within the time displayed. For SBP, the ruble amount is calculated from our price when you open the payment page. Cryptocurrency must be sent on the network and in the amount shown; funds sent on the wrong network, in the wrong amount or after the payment has expired may be delayed or permanently lost, and are outside our control. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
Until 24 September 2026, card and wallet payments were handled by our former online reseller Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates), which acted as Merchant of Record for those orders. For those orders only, Paddle's Buyer Terms applied to the payment, and payment enquiries can still be made at paddle.net. These Terms continue to govern the eSIM service itself.
Eligible orders earn cashback as store credit, at the rate shown on our website at the time of the order. If you invite a friend with your referral link, your friend receives a discount on their first order and you receive store credit once they have paid, at the rates shown on our website. Store credit is kept in EUR, is applied to future orders only, has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or transferred, and part of an order may need to be paid by another payment method. Credit earned on an order that is refunded or charged back is cancelled. We may change or end these programmes for future orders, and cancel credit obtained through fraud, self-referral or abuse.
Plans described as “Unlimited” are subject to our Fair Usage Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before buying an unlimited plan. Tethering (sharing your data as a Wi-Fi hotspot) is included with every plan and counts towards your plan's data and fair-usage limits.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Actual coverage, speed and availability depend on local networks and our upstream supplier, and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for interruptions, throttling under Fair Usage, or loss of coverage.
eSIMs are digital goods delivered instantly. You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the eSIM has not been activated — contact us via our contact form with your order reference. Once the eSIM has been activated, or once 7 days have passed since purchase, the order can no longer be refunded. If your eSIM was never delivered or is unusable due to a fault on our side, we will re-provision it or refund it.
Refunds are issued through our payment provider to the original payment method where possible; otherwise, for cryptocurrency payments, in USDT to a wallet address you provide. Refunds of orders paid by card before 24 September 2026 are handled with Paddle, which processed those payments (see section 6.2).
If something is wrong with an order, please contact us first — most issues are solved within hours. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, the related eSIM may be suspended while it is reviewed. Filing a chargeback for an eSIM that was delivered and used is a breach of these Terms.
You agree to use the service only for lawful personal use, not to resell it, and not to use it for any fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity, nor in or for any sanctioned person or jurisdiction. We use automated security checks (such as bot protection) to protect our forms and checkout.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data, profit or business. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published here applies to new orders. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, and disputes are subject to its courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
